We have just started work on ihottonight.com. The project includes a custom cell phone application and a full website. We have a dummy website published already but it is just for testing some of the cell phone application features. The full website should be published by the end of June (or so).
iHottonight.com is an exciting project that uses real time information from the cell phone application to find bars, nightclubs, discoes, and even restaurants that are "jumping" right now :). It's a website that is aimed at the "In" crowd and people that want to be able to find fun night spots that are really FUN right now.
iHotTonight.com will also be publishing an API for other cell phone developers, and other websites, to integrate to iHotTonight.com. Bistro Blurb will be integrating to it as soon as we have the time to do it.
Are you a smart phone developer? If you are, and are looking for a project with great potential, then you might be interested in integrating your application to iHotTonight.com or BistroBlurb.com. Both websites have an Android application already, but we don't mind a little competition to see who can build the best app :). We are also looking for iPhone and Symbian developers to build apps.
